British International distance runner, Jonny Mellor is one of the UK's most in demand young coaches with a fantastic record of coaching runners from beginners right through to elites. A former British Champion over multiple distances and the current English Champion over 10k, Jonny is well positioned to offer support and guidance to our weekly running club passing on his knowledge and expertise from competing at World Championship events and the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
