Our vision for the School of Data Science is to inspire and prepare a generation of diverse data scientists who can make our world more equitable, informed, and secure. UTSA is in a strong position to meet the data science workforce development and knowledge development needs of the nation. The university has strengths in data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence which is integrating across all its colleges to enable ubiquitous digital approaches to learning.
