The UTSA Police Department serves the UTSA community and surrounding area as a law enforcement agency part of the UT System Police. We are comprised of a diverse & professional group of police officers and civilian staff who work diligently to protect the community they serve.
The mission of the UTSA Police Department is to provide professional law enforcement services ensuring the safety of all persons within the UTSA community, while protecting the resources of the university. We will perform our duties in a fair and equitable manner, in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States Constitution. Our guiding principles are Honor, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, & Teamwork.
