UTSOPI

UTSOPI is the Union of Organized Sex Workers for Independence. We represent sex workers regardless of gender or department. We are workers in bars, shop windows, champagne bars, in the street, at home, in massage parlor, porn actresses / actors, sexual assistants, telephone operators, webcam / webcamers, escorts, dominant and professional masters, occasionally or part-time, still active or not. Our 2 main objectives are: - To create spaces for words, exchanges and sharing for sex workers in Belgium. These spaces are an opportunity to give each other advice, to exchange "tips and tricks" between us to facilitate our daily work. This space between colleagues allows us greater freedom of speech. - To best represent ALL sex workers in Belgium, and improve our living conditions, in particular through a legislative change. To prevail in the debates that concern us so that our needs and expectations are taken into account. Our slogan: “Nothing about us without us! ("Nothing about us without us!)". Clearly, what we want is the decriminalization of sex work in Belgium, access to the same rights as the general population for sex workers, and the fight against trafficking in human beings, against which we must all fight together.
