Unified Vailsburg Services Organization (UVSO) is a nonprofit community development and social service agency based in Newark, New Jersey. Our mission is to create a stable and compassionate environment where individuals and families in the Vailsburg neighborhood can thrive. We offer cradle-to-career programming that includes: -Early Childhood Education -After-School and Summer Youth Enrichment Senior Services and Wellness Programs -Community Engagement and Advocacy Initiatives Through strong partnerships, dedicated staff, and deep community roots, UVSO supports more than 2,000 residents annually. We believe in a holistic, people-first approach to community revitalization, working to ensure every neighbor has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need.
