The UWA Data Institute (DI) is a gateway for data intensive industries and government agencies to UWA’s expertise in applied data science, the understanding of responsible use of data and data science for industry and our society broadly.
Drawing on UWA’s requisite depth of expertise across disciplines and cross-discipline industry sector networks, we are creating fresh opportunities to address the emerging real world challenges in transforming a vast volume
of diverse types of data into knowledge to support data-driven decisions.
Our vision is to be the leading academic institute for impactful, translatable and
responsible data science for industry, government and the wider society.
