University of Waterloo Libraries

As a partner in learning, research and innovation, the University of Waterloo Libraries advance the creation, discovery, sharing and use of knowledge through research, teaching and community collaborations that complement the stewardship of distinctive collections, services and spaces. With two primary locations on the main Waterloo campus, Dana Porter Library and Davis Centre Library, and a third at the Cambridge campus, Musagetes Library, in addition to two resource centres and affiliate libraries, the Libraries provide access to millions of resources to support the success of the students, faculty, researchers and alumni of the University of Waterloo and beyond. The University of Waterloo Libraries includes Special Collections & Archives (SCA). Housed at Dana Porter Library, SCA contains a curated collection of rare books, manuscripts and other items related to subjects that reflect the goals of the University of Waterloo's major teaching and research programmes. The campus Geospatial Centre is also part of the University of Waterloo Libraries. Located at Dana Porter Library, the Centre provides cartographic and Geographic Information System (GIS) services to the University of Waterloo community. Services include reference, workshops, and access to GIS and remote sensing data.
