UW TCF is the Waterloo chapter of the world-renowned "The Citizens' Foundation" non-profit organization that fundraises to build quality schools for underprivileged children in impoverished areas.
The Economist has called TCF "perhaps the largest network of independently run schools in the world." The Foundation is also the largest private employer of women in Pakistan.
