Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association

The Textile & Garment Association of Uzbekistan (“Uztextileprom”) was founded in 2017, established by a council of the seven major textile companies. The association is a non-state, not-for-profit entity, with approximately 2,000 organisations as members. Of these members, 1,522 are garment and knitwear producers, 448 are textile producers and 6 are machine-building enterprises. Uztextileprom acts as a bridge between Uzbek textile producers and international investors, companies, and importers, fostering connections and collaboration in global textile and clothing production. To achieve this, the association organises various events like gatherings, forums, conferences, and exhibitions, bringing together international companies, renowned brands, and industry experts with Uzbek business representatives.
