Cable skinning m/c catering to the Harness industry for Auto anciliary Harnesses play a vital role in connecting various electrical components within vehicles, this advanced machine combines cutting-edge technology, robust construction, and intelligent automation to streamline the wire skinning process while ensuring the highest standards of quality. The High speed Steel skinning blades used are capable of skinning carbon cables with nylon coating. This cables are extensively used for harness of vehicle. This pneumatically operated cables skinning machine is capable of skinning wires from one square mm to 70 square mm to a length of 50 mm or even more that is up to 200 mm. 2. Air circuit breaker Life testing m/c The ACB Life Testing Machine replicates the electrical and mechanical stress conditions that air circuit breakers may experience during their operational lifetime. By subjecting the breakers to these conditions, our machine enables thorough evaluation and validation of their performance under realistic scenarios. 3. Air circuit breaker ON Line operations : this performs live testing of air circuit breakers without the need for disconnection from the electrical network thereby eliminating the downtime. 4. 3 position MCB switch Life testing m/c : is specifically designed to rigorously assess the performance and reliability of Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) switches. It simulates real-world operating conditions and conducts comprehensive life testing to determine the durability and longevity of MCB switches. By subjecting to repetitive cycles of ON & OFF, we accurately evaluate their endurance, ruggedness of moving parts, contacts and continuity to ensure that they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
