We provide leadership training for Team Leaders in the Health and Manufacturing sector. We teach the usual topics like leadership style/ coaching/ performance management and conflict resolution. Our unique point of difference is we focus on how the team leader does these things, with out 'beating around the bush' or being too much of a 'policeman' We have developed a unique, hands-on training methodology from our backgrounds in Training, HR, Health, Tertiary lecturing and Stand-up comedy.
