V1 Auto World

V1 Auto World is a new multi-development for automotive market and motorsport development in Northern China. V1 Auto World is designed by the renown architect Tilke, who were responsible for the Shanghai F1 International Circuit and the Zhuhai International Circuit. The project will be developed and operated by a team of experts, local and international, with decades of project development, race track and property management experience. The ultimate aim of V1 Auto World is to create a professional one-stop branding platform for automotive brands and a first choice destination for race enthusiasts and professionals. Concurrently, V1 Auto World will also target consumers, creating a tourist destination for automotive themed shopping, leisure and entertainment. The project will occupy over 490,000 square meters of land with a total gross building area of over 600,000 square meters. Phase 1 of V1 Auto World is planned to be completed by Q3, 2017, it will include: - 3.5 km FIA certified G2 race track (permanent & extension tracks) - Full featured pit and event buildings - Modular, multi-terrain SUV Experience Track, 475 m long - Road Safety Training Centre, 60,000 sqm - Private Motor Club Phase 1 (vehicle storage, clubhouse) - V1 Auto World Welcome Centre - Dedicated Area for OEM Brand Houses Phase 2 and beyond will feature: - Race Academy (for drivers, engineers, mechanics) - Professional long term vehicle storage - Dedicated area for aftermarket Services (Maintenance, detailing, tuning and modifications etc.) - General commercial area (Featuring auto themed entertainment, F&B, shopping, hotel) - Professional Karting Track - Private Motor Club Phase 2 (condominiums, villas / corporate houses) - Race Team Garages
