Vogler Group has created a Private Equity Fund in the Healthcare industry [V2P Health Care Fund], strategically acquiring various small to mid-size Limited Liability Companies based in Slovenia and leveraging their natural synergies with the intent to streamline business operations and accelerate profit and growth. Key Strategic Principles: - Improve efficiency under centralized management and dispose of non-revenue generating assets; - Optimize processes, streamline expenses, and exploit the natural synergies between the companies in the fund; - Increase the overall debt-to-equity ratio and use the surplus to grow the currently slow-growing companies; - Introduce best practice business principles (key performance indicators, financial reporting, and accounting, governance); - Implement latest tech solutions to improve and optimize workflow (consumer relationship management software); - Extend offered services (front to back) to create an “all-in-one” clinic such that the patient stays within the group; - Leverage improved price-performance to import patients (medical tourism), export talent (e.g. surgeons), and expand to ex-Yu;
