CHOIR Mission: Advance coordinated, patient-centered health care for all Veterans through research and quality improvement. Research areas: Our main research areas are focused on evaluating and implementing Veteran-centered virtual care, improving whole health care for socially and economically marginalized Veterans, and advancing Veteran-centered shared decision making for precision oncology. However, we have a number of other areas we conduct research in such as aging and long-term care, electronic health record modernization, and organizational and implementation science.
