The Virginia Blockchain Council (VBC) is a registered 501(c)(6) nonprofit and nonpartisan organization. Our mission is to build a confident and well-informed blockchain and digital asset constituency in the state of Virginia through grassroots advocacy, community growth initiatives, and academic partnerships. We are part of the U.S. Blockchain Coalition (USBC), a federation composed of over thirty councils in an effort to further blockchain development amongst the states.
