VIETNAM ASSOCIATION OF CORPORATE DIRECTORS (VACD)

Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD) is a national social professional organization with the participation of directors from companies and groups nationwide (Presidents, Executive Directors, General Directors, Members of Executive Board, CEOs, Directors, and Vice Directors of companies…), individuals and businesses of all economic sectors. Among the organizational objectives, the association focuses on collecting, updating and systemizing local and international knowledge, skills and experiences in corporate governance to set up fora where executives can share knowledge and promote their own performances. The association is also an entity to protect the legal and proper rights, benefits of business organizations in order to provide stable development conditions for every company, especially small and medium enterprises.
