VAC Development is a real estate investment and operating company originated by three partners who have a variety of experience and perspective in the real estate industry. From upstate New York, down to Miami, throughout the South and Midwest, across the country to Hawaii and back to Vegas to amass a deal history of over three hundred commercial real estate transactions. VAC is composed of highly skilled real estate professionals and entrepreneurs with a unique ability to originate, structure, underwrite, close, and reposition value-add and core investments in land, multifamily and commercial real estate. Our key advantage is acquiring opportunities and structuring deals that most cannot see based on our agile structure. VAC is not asset class specific and looks for the diamonds in the rough and the partnerships to position and protect themselves accordingly to set their partners up for success. We have experience in note purchases, ground-up development, redevelopment, joint ventures, and creative financing structures. Our principals are seasoned Real Estate professionals who collectively have conducted over $2 billion in real estate transactions. VAC Development was founded in 2022 as a Joint Venture between WG Group and Sansone Investments.
