Our company was founded on November 4, 1992 by Eng. Raúl Vázquez Johnston (Main Shareholder and General Manager) who had more than 30 years of experience in the insurance sector. His legacy transcended, being in charge of Mr. Emanuel Vásquez Iñiguez, current General Director with vast experience in this sector, adding together with our collaborators, a total of 40 years of accumulated experience supports us. Our Firm was created with the purpose of being able to assist in the attention and analysis of the claims of the insured in all lines of damage, for which we have highly trained personnel in order to provide personalized attention to the insured, in order to to evaluate the causes and circumstances of your claim and in this way provide you with the necessary elements for the valuation of the loss and origin of the corresponding compensation in your case, always attached to the insurance contracts of each of the claims, as well as to the policies of the Company in a specific and concise manner. This year 2021, we celebrate our 29th anniversary of working together with different Insurance Companies that offer their similar lines, distinguishing ourselves by honesty, an important value that allows us to advise our current clients in covering risks in the most convenient way. This has allowed us to acquire extensive experience and excellent communication with Insurers and service providers linked to the reduction or, where appropriate, to the protection of the risks to which all SMEs are exposed. In our way of working day by day we have established response times for each activity, which allows us to stay ahead of any unforeseen event, and to be able to offer a good service quickly and efficiently.
