We perform microbiota studies from a very wide variety of biological samples (blood, adipose tissue, biopsies, tumors, and more classically skin, saliva, faeces, etc.): DNA extraction, quantification by qPCR, sequencing metagenomics, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics.
