Our highly trained professionals are located both in India as well as the metro New York area. Client solutions can be designed to be either project based or long term virtual research associate roles. Our Chennai based research professionals are typically MBAs or qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), hand picked by our principals. In addition to their qualifications, professionals are subject to a four week rigorous training schedule. The training focuses on introducing analysts to Wall Street research products, US SEC filings, earnings report writing and model building with a specific focus on US equities. The training sessions may also include individualized technical training sessions to fill gaps on research tools such as Excel or third party vendor data and/or writing workshops to enhance their literary skills. Only professionals who successfully complete these requirements are assigned to client long term projects as research associates. Our analytics professionals are typically well versed in a variety of computer software languages such as C#, R, SAS, perl, etc. We especially focus on sharpening the analytical and writing abilities of our professionals over pure software development skills. Our engagements typically involve data consulting, web analytics, statistical analysis and reporting, and do not involve a full-fledged software product development/delivery cycle. Therefore, quick prototyping and turnaround times are preferred by our clients for such analytic projects.
