We are part of a global network dedicated to promoting female leadership and social transformation. Operating in one of the most innovative regions in the world, the chapter aims to integrate Brazilian women, engaging them in actions that promote empowerment, equal opportunities, and personal and professional development. Following the Group's “non-negotiable” values, we are nonpartisan and focused on contributing to the common good, with a proactive agenda and action plans centered on causes such as education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, inclusion, and racial equality. Additionally, we seek to build local and global partnerships that amplify the impact of our actions and provide support to the women who are part of our network. We believe that innovation, so prevalent in Silicon Valley, is a powerful tool to build solutions that benefit women and society as a whole. Our meetings are opportunities for exchanging experiences, learning, and building a strong and engaged support network. ✨The annual ScientistA Award We proudly lead The ScientistA Program, recognizing outstanding Brazilian female scientists in the U.S. In partnership with Dimension Sciences, this award celebrates the contributions of postdoctoral scientists from diverse backgrounds in life and medical sciences. The program inspires Brazilian women to pursue STEM careers, fostering confidence and empowering them to compete and contribute globally. ✨ The Trilha Mulheres de Sucesso is a women's entrepreneurship program from the Entrepreneurship Committee of the Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, promoted by the chapters in South Florida, Washington DC, New York, Chicago, and Silicon Valley. With three editions completed and over 850 participants, the program launched the Summit this year, an annual itinerant event held in different states. The first edition, held in Miami, had over 350 registrants and was the first international meeting of the Group in the U.S., offered for free and in person.
