Valid Dreams is an initiative that aims to empower fresh graduates and those in the compulsory para-military service with requisite skills, knowledge and information to take the marketplace by storm. We figured that many graduates do not have the skills to land themselves their dream jobs. We make these competencies available in a 2-day employability boot camp. The employability boot camp is a virtual event where these fresh graduates are trained on how to write CV, how to ace interviews, how to get international jobs, industry specific details etc.
We bring senior executives who have hiring power to speak to them on industry specific details and also possibly discovered these talents in the course of interactions.
We have mentors who will provide guidance, direction and information for these fresh graduates in their journey into their career. The mentors could recommend certifications, provide insight into how CVs should look in the industry and may also help with industry specific details.
