Valley Beverage Lewiston

Founded in 1974 by Bernard “Buck” Runser, Valley Beverage was located in Waterville, Maine and distributed only three brands: Budweiser, Michelob and Knickerbocker. In the next six years the company grew quickly and moved to its current location in Oakland, Maine. In 1984, Mike Runser, a second-generation family member, joined the business and today is President and CEO. Continuous growth over the next few decades led to several facilities expansions and service innovations. In 2017, Valley Beverage acquired Federal Distributors in Lewiston, Maine. Today our teams serve the central Maine region from our distribution facilities on Belgrade Rd., Oakland and on Lisbon Rd., Lewiston. As a family-owned company, Valley Beverage is committed to providing you with exceptional service and expert knowledge. Though we have far more brands and services than when we started, the one constant over the years has been our dedicated, passionate and motivated workforce.
