Valley Community Management (VCM) has been owned and operated by the Surnamer family since 1975. Currently in the second generation of ownership, VCM's caring and dedicated staff is committed to providing professionally run property management to all of our residents. Our residents are proud to call our communities home and we plan to keep it that way! The Lehigh Valley is one of the fastest-growing regions in the Northeast. Our mission is to continue to provide secure, stable and desirable housing to options to Allentown and Northampton residents seeking to take advantage of the employment and economic boom in the area, while still maintaining affordable housing.
