VISION Valleys Kids successfully supports individuals, families and communities in creating opportunities for achieving their full potential and broadening their horizons. MISSION Valleys Kids will: • Enable children and young people to grow and develop through play, education, recreation and creative activities. • Enable young people who are alienated from society to develop their self respect and help them to play a constructive role in their community. • Enable adults to improve their circumstances, their sense of well-being and their environment. • Encourage local people to find their own solutions to the challenges which face their community. • Empower local communities to shape the way in which services are provided and to increase the resources available to them.
