Le Puy de Sancy est notre point culminant à 1886 m d’altitude. Il est le symbole de la région du Massif Central, de ses hauts pâturages, de cet environnement exceptionnel, sain et naturel où nous élevons nos animaux avec respect, à l’herbe et avec une alimentation non ogm. C’est de ce territoire que sont originaires les plus grandes races de viande : l’Aubrac, la Charolaise, la limousine et la Salers.
