ValorWell was started as an answer to the huge disparity between veterans and their families who need mental healthcare and the availability of providers that can bill to the VA. Unfortunately, there is a lengthy and difficult process for providers to get set up through payors such as CHAMPVA and Community Care. And this gatekeeping has prevented most mental health companies and practitioners from entering this space.
That is where we come in. We have been working diligently for over a year to ensure that we are set up and prepared to start providing the quality care that veterans and their families deserve, without it draining their wallets. Our platform will be 100% virtual. So anyone can use us without having to leave the comfort of their own home
We launched in November 2023. The response that we have received has been overwhelming, to say the least. The impact that we are creating on the veteran mental health community has been incredible. The people whose lives we are impacting are a testament to the need for ValorWell to exist.
