Valta Realty Group was founded by Jing Zhou, PhD, who started managing her own properties after realizing there is short of quality service providers in property management. With 20 years of experience in academia, entrepreneurship and real estate, Dr. Zhou envisioned a hospitality & property management company that would utilize data/tech with high quality interior design to give guests the best experience, and drive the maximum revenue. Valera Realty now has 70+ properties and over $70M under management.
