We, Lika and Vicky, created it when we realized that our experience can motivate and help others.
📌 Lika worked in team product management for ten years, changed her life to 180 degrees, and found herself in mentoring.
📌 Vicky has worked in office management for over 14 years and in HR and recruitment in an international company for the last five years.
Each of us has faced moments when our hands were down, and it seemed impossible to build a career in the desired field.
☘️ During our professional lives, we have sent hundreds of resumes, passed dozens of interviews, faced burnout, changed our sphere of activity, reached heights, made mistakes, and fallen painfully.
☘️ And each of us lacked experience, knowledge, sometimes motivation, and the support of a more experienced mentor along the way.
