With the addition of Brian Warner in 2012, the firm’s emphasis has been broadened to research-driven strategic financial communications. Howard Rosencrans and Brian Warner have nearly 60 years combined experience as buy-side and sell-side analysts, hedge fund managers and institutional asset managers, our core focus having been identifying, researching and highlighting small and micro-cap companies.
