Value Concepts, Inc. (VCI) has been providing total turnkey site development services for many of the 1260 sites for Southern Linc Wireless since 1994. These services include: SA, Z&P, PM, CM, Colos and management of 3rd party services. The above services were initiated in the development of the Motorola iDEN system and the eventual conversion to wireless 4G Broadband LTE system. SOUTHERN COMPANY SERVICES : VCI provides PM and CM services for Southern Company Services. Projects include: New Builds Strengthening Projects Drop & Swaps Fiber Shelter Installations M/W Additions AMI Projects Nicor - Illinois (AMI) CINGULAR WIRELESS : In 2004 – 2006, VCI provided Cingular Wireless’ (Road Runner Project) with total turnkey development services for 45 sites located in GA, AL, and MS. 30 New Greenfields 15 Colo Installs WATER AND SEWER LINE PROJECTS : VCI provides R/W Acquisitions and PM Services which includes Title Work, Appraisals and other necessary services. Georgia: Newton County Rockdale County Jackson/ Butts County City of Winder: Waterline Project – 190 parcels City of Covington BELLSOUTH MOBILITY / CINGULAR WIRELESS/ NOW AT&T : 1990 – 2018, VCI provided R/W Services for the RT Cabinet sites for 100s of site locations in metro Atlanta, GA and FL.
