Lee, the president and founder, is a recognized international expert in the value Innovation field. Central to our business is the 10-Step Value Innovation Process® (VIP). It’s designed to drive business growth and has been proven by Fortune 500 companies. The term Value Innovation was first used by W Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne in 1997 and is the platform on which their “best selling” book Blue Ocean Strategy is based. During the period 1999-2004, 40 member of companies of the Industrial Research Institute www.iriweb.org developed the first Innovation Process. Since 2005 the VIP has been used and improved by many large and small companies in North America and Europe.
