Valves Technology Co, joint venture company, formed by Tanami Holding – Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Providence Doytch AG, Switzerland (PDL), established a fully equipped valve maintenance, testing and repair workshop in Al Jubail Industrial City in the Easter Province of Saudi Arabia. From here we can provide onsite and offsite services on all types, brands and sizes of valves. We perform inspection and testing as well as calibration and repair on the field and in our workshop, located in the Support Industries Area, 10 minutes from the heart of the Petrochemical industries in Jubail. We have the latest technology equipment produced by world recognized market leader for this type of equipment, company Ventil – Nederland, and certified technicians with many years of experience located at your doorstep. Scope of works that we are offering:  Valves Maintenance & Testing: • Valve dismantling and inspection • Troubleshooting • Control valves positioners calibrating, using an Emerson Hart communicator • Valve body/Leak tests are performed according to the appropriate standard (API etc). • Pressure Safety Valves calibrating according to its set pressure (afterwards we are performing test as per API standard) • Valve repair (lapping, machining, etc.)  Operations Technical Support • Root Cause Analysis - RCA • Valve modifications and upgrades  Process Safety Management The Al Jubail facility has the capability to repair and test broad range of valves and actuators, including globe, ball, plug, gate, butterfly and severe service control valves; electric actuators and pneumatic actuators. The workshop employs qualified valve technicians who perform valve repair and troubleshooting either in the facility or at the customer’s site. For works on customer’s site Valve Tech has two fully equipped 20’ containers, one for valve repair (dismantling, lapping, machining, assembly) and one for valve testing (test rig with compressor and booster unit), plus a lot of on line valve repair tools, produced by Ventil company. We are also offering Long Term Service Agreements to help customers to minimize risk, optimize valves life-cycle performance, and keep valves operating trouble free.
