At Valvetek Machining UK Ltd we specialize in ‘medium to heavy’ machining; typical part weight in excess of 50 kg, with us able to lift and machine single items up to 15 tons. Whilst supporting all disciplines, we have a vast experience in the valve and offshore industries with stainless, duplex, ali-bronze & ferrous being the mainstay of our work but we machine most materials (including exotics) in cast, forged, bar stock or fabricated forms.
Our well-equipped 20,000ft2 machine shop hosts a range of CNC & conventional horizontal and vertical borers, CNC & conventional lathes and millers; supported by ASME & EN qualified welding, heat treatment, NDE, Lapping, hydro static testing, drilling and Inspection. With easy transport access directly into our works and six gantry cranes lifting up to 16 Ton on a single point lift, we are ready to unload your valued work and return you a precision, high quality machined and inspected part.
Valvetek Machining UK Ltd is a privately owned and operated company; our three founding directors play an active part in the daily running of the business and share over 80 years direct experience of the valve / fluid dynamics industry.
