Van Kool tot Kimchi is een gezamenlijk initiatief van boeren, makers en verkopers die nieuwe lokale, duurzame en gezonde voedingsmiddelen willen ontwikkelen. Samen voegen we waarde toe aan de hele keten: 'van boer tot bord'; 'van kool tot kimchi'. Ons doel is om tegen 2025 zes nieuwe voedingsinnovaties op de markt te brengen. Met deze innovaties willen we natuur inclusieve landbouw stimuleren, een nieuw verdienmodel voor boeren creëren en gezondere en lekkerdere regionale producten aanbieden.
Van Kool tot Kimchi wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de Provincie Zuid-Holland en het Europees Landbouwfonds voor Plattelandsontwikkeling: Europa investeert in zijn platteland.
