Having gained significant senior executive level experience in members of large global audit firms, we identified the growing need for transfer pricing businesses to be truly independent in order to offer clients value-adding services throughout a client’s transfer pricing life cycle. In addition to creating a truly independent advisory platform, we also had a vision for a lean and agile business which would provide its employees with a rewarding, flexible, empowered and entrepreneurial career path. Out of this vision, vanbain was founded as an independent boutique transfer pricing and advisory business offering Global strategic, compliance, operational and controversy services.
