Vanguard Alliance was founded between partners Jason de Leon and Michael Tan with the purpose of catering to businesses’ needs in capital formation and investments thru debt and/or equity. With years of treasury and investment experience behind the partners, VAPC has successfully sought and provided several funding rounds since its inception in 2014 for clients in the area of retail, manufacturing, property, services and oil. Aside from advisory services, VAPC has also conducted various speaking engagements focused on the Philippine investment climate, trading in the Philippine Stock Exchange and investment outlook/strategies.
