Vanta Commercial Properties is a Madison-based, award winning commercial real estate development firm that owns more than 2.4 million square feet of space and over 250 acres of land making the company one of the largest developers in the State of Wisconsin. The company has created and developed some of Madison’s most prominent master planned business communities including City Center West, a 15-acre office park located along the West Beltline Highway accommodating 640,000 square feet of space; High Crossing Environ, a 115-acre office park located on Interstates 39/90/94; and The Center for Industry & Commerce, a 160-acre industrial and business park near the Dane County Regional Airport. Vanta Commercial Properties prides itself in creating walkable neighborhoods, fostering distinctive and attractive communities with a strong sense of place, and encouraging community and stakeholder collaboration in development decisions. The company is a privately held partnership with over 200 individuals, most of whom are residents of Wisconsin. Vanta Commercial Properties acquired its first large institutional investor in 2007.
