Vantage Holdings is a privately owned, opportunistic real estate investment firm focused on acquiring office, retail, multi-family, and industrial assets in select markets within the United States. We use rigorous demographic data analysis to identify opportunities in markets that are although often overlooked by institutional capital, have strong economic anchors that provide insulation from the volatility associated with broader economic cycles. This disciplined approach allows us to create strong risk adjusted returns in combination with proactive asset management, targeted capital improvement plans, and aggressive leasing strategies. In order to meet our investment objectives, we have employed a variety of strategies including the acquisition of non-performing loans, REO properties, B-notes, JV equity, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity.
