Vantage Point

Vantage Point is a premium house of flower, rooted in developing the best and most premium cannabis companies, brands and products in the market. Vantage Point was born out of Satya Capital, a legacy cannabis operator in the medical market and early legalized space since 2013. Satya was initially founded by long-time entrepreneur and finance veteran Nishant Reddy and is co-owned and operated today by Nishant and partner Simmon Saraf. “Satya”, which is named after the Sanskrit word for “truth”, was founded with the intention of bringing truth, transparency and institutional sophistication to the nascent cannabis industry. In 2015, Nishant successfully exited his prior cannabis endeavors and shifted his focus to the California cannabis market entirely and at this juncture was joined by Simmon. The next piece of the puzzle was to identify a worldclass cultivator. Nishant had spent years speaking to and learning from the best cultivators in the space, and through this exercise he met Robert “Bear” Masterson. Rob was considered to be a master cultivator with a proven track record in the medicinal market in CA and unprecedented access to technology through his previous experience owning a hydroponic company. Nishant and Simmon partnered with Rob to head up cultivation, and through their triad of intention, skills and purpose the Vantage Point family of brands was born. Since its inception, Vantage Point has built several successful cannabis companies, including a fully vertically integrated operation in CA and CA’s most premier cannabis flower brand, A Golden State, and also a leading effects-based flower brand called PHASES. Vantage Point will continue to scale and grow both brands across the country in the near future, along with developing exciting new brands, further securing its place as a premium national cannabis leader.
