NEGATIVE BINDING STUDY ADVICE If you have received a negative study advice, we can assist you during the hearing with the BSA committee, during the amicable settlement meeting, the appeal procedure at the CBE and in general (on appeal) at the CBHO. DISAGREE WITH THE EXAMINATION COMMITTEE, EXAMINER OR ADMISSION COMMITTEE If you disagree with such a decision, for example rejecting a request for an extra exam chance, an assessment of an exam that you are not admitted to the programme, you have the option to lodge an appeal with the CBE.
