The Visual Analysis and Perception lab (VAP-lab for short) is a lab at Aalborg University in Denmark which does reseach in computer vision, AI and machine learning. The lab was started in 2011 and has since grown to include more than 30 people - mostly PhDs - whose research interests span across a wide variety of image and AI-related fields from looking at people and analyzing sports to understanding surveillance footage and helping doctors make sense of medical results.
The lab is headed by professor Thomas B. Moeslund.
