AEGIR is a crew operations training platform in Extended Reality (XR): - Reliable simulation of conditions and work situations - employees learn by doing by engaging their muscle memory. - Syncing with real objects - e.g. the controls of a maritime vessel or a fire extinguisher. - Several people can practice their roles simultaneously. Users see each other within the virtual scene, interacting with their surroundings as well. - Easily embeddable training program that an employee must complete in order to be accredited. - Analysis of user behavior monitors the completion of assigned tasks. For example, whether the user has looked at the ship's rear view cameras before performing a manoeuvre.
