Vashon Events

Vashon Events is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building community and support local musicians. Our mission is to inspire and connect the community as the premiere source for entertainment events on Vashon Island, to support local artists/musicians, and to create events that engage our community. Our programs include a free music instrument library, music teacher directory, and educational workshops for artists and musicians. We book music for the Vashon Island Strawberry Festival, Concerts in the Park, Farmer's Market, and music at a variety of venues throughout the Island such as Snapdragon Bakery, the Red Bicycle Bistro and Sushi, Vashon Community Brewery, the Hardware Store Restaurant, and more.
