Vastfontein Community Transformation is a registered non-profit organisation based 40km north of Pretoria, focused on breaking the cycle of systemic poverty in rural South Africa. Through a holistic model that integrates education, agriculture skills development, youth empowerment, and wellness, we equip individuals to build sustainable futures for themselves and their communities.
