Vasuki is a consortium of industry leaders and investors having unrivalled understanding of market and technologies across various sectors. The Fund leverages its Limited Partners, who commit time and experience, to work with the Investment Management team and portfolio companies. Vasuki is already managing two funds: Global tech fund (Luxembourg) and Vasuki India fund (Mumbai). Both these funds provide extensive networking platform for investors, their affiliates and for the tech-startups community. The Funds are structured in a way that provides LPs an opportunity to co-invest or invest independently. Vasuki India (Category III Alternate Investment Fund) is focused on investments in (i) Indian Listed Markets and (ii) Private Equity. The fund is backed by large corporate houses and strategic investors from various sectors who assist the investment process of identifying the target company and evaluating the same based on their sector expertise. The investor pool of the fund is niche high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, corporates, CEOs (current & former), of reputed Global organizations. Fund is intended to be conservative with a high focus on capital preservation while giving opportunities to LPs to tap into global technology play. The investment objective of the Fund has been derived based on our collective strengths and expertise, deep research on the sectors we target, past investment experience, as well as valuable learnings from the prior investing experience.
