Founded in 2012, Vategroup Capital is a venture capital fund focused on Artificial Intelligence, TMT, Metaverse and other frontier tech areas. It is one of the earliest entrepreneurial incubation platforms established and managed by Chinese in Silicon Valley. Vategrooup Capital has a strong founding team with technical backgrounds, including PhDs from Pennsylvania State University, PhDs/associate professors from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, masters from Tsinghua University, bachelors from Tsinghua University/MBA from Harvard Business School, and PhDs from Berkeley, California, etc. In the early stage, we used our own funds to invest and coach outstanding companies in the artificial intelligence, TMT, intelligent manufacturing and medical and health industries, and helped many companies to go public or successfully exit through mergers and acquisitions. Vategroup Capital currently has a private equity management license. Since 2017, it has issued private equity fund products and has participated in investing in a number of high-tech projects. Many investment companies have been listed and exited, and most of them have now entered the listing guidance stage and application stage.
