Vaughan Premier, Ltd. began in 2001 as Vaughan Safety, Inc., offering safety consulting services and later expanding into safety products. They provided safety audits and ergonomics assessments in various industries. Recognizing the opportunity, they developed their own products, including a risk assessment toolkit, software program, and safety posters, which were sold successfully online.
With expertise in online marketing, Vaughan shifted their focus to selling safety and ergonomics products. Expanding beyond safety products, Vaughan changed their name to Vaughan Premier, Ltd. and experienced remarkable growth, increasing sales by 20% or more annually. To accommodate the demand, they expanded their facilities regularly, employing 30 individuals across various departments.
