The Vaughan Community Health Centre is a not-for-profit, community-governed organization that provides clinical and social services with a primary focus on residents of Western and Northern York Region. Specifically, we serve those who are facing barriers accessing health care. Our main focus is youth, seniors, and people with mental health and addiction issues. Our services are provided in different languages within a safe, accessible, and comfortable environment. They are expanded through collaborations with community-based health and social service organizations.
