VC Projects was set up to provide specialist support and guidance to SME vending & coffee organisations and associated companies across the UK, as well as any companies outside of the industry that may want to use my knowledge and contacts un the vending world. I’ve spent over 25 years working closely and building strong relationships with main vending and coffee equipment manufacturers including Coffetek, Azkoyen, Crane, Evoca, De Jong Duke, Bravilor, Animo, Marco, Etna, Rheavendors, Sielaff, Carimali, WMF, Jura, Franke, Expobar, Billi, Quooker and supporting suppliers such as Nayax, Brita, 3M, Vitrifrigo, 365 Micromarkets as well as a lot of the lesser known suppliers and manufacturers both in the UK and Europe. As well as a detailed knowledge of vending machines, payment systems and coffee and vending products, I can also offer practical and hands-on experience in marketing and promoting to new and existing customers, selling machines, running operators and optimising routes, planning engineers work and building installation processes, and implementing automation and systems to simplify your business – basically steady hands and a bit (lot!) of grey hair to help navigate the sometimes difficult and lonely journey business owners find themselves on. I can offer a scalable, flexible, and practical support service, by the hour, day, week or month, whatever is needed, for however long is needed. VC Projects is also the entry point for opportunities to invest in, and potentially acquire, vending and coffee-based businesses with untapped potential which might have hit a trading dip during the pandemic lockdown.
